VLS-Group to adjust organizational structure

Number of Business Units will be reduced; SSHEQ management reports directly to CEO
Personnel changes in executive directors

In order to better cope the market challenges of the future, VLS-Group will make a few changes to the organizational structure effective January 2012. The number of business units will be reduced from four to three; these will represent the core activities of the group:
- Logistics (transportation management)
- Value Added Logistics (tank storage, toll manufacturing services, filling/packaging, blending & mixing)
- Storage (mainly warehousing)

In order to reflect the companies vision to lead the chemical logistics industry in these fields SSHEQ (Safety, Security, Health, Environment and Quality Management) will report directly to the CEO .

Related personnel changes will be effective 1 January 2012:
- Mr. Bauke van Aardenne is appointed Director Business Development
- Mr. Thomas Brakmann is appointed Director Business Unit Logistics
- Mr. Sven van Raemdonck is appointed Commercial Manager Belgium (BU Logistics & BU Storage)
- Mr. Igor Weinstein is appointed Commercial Manager CIS (Russia & Central Asia)
